its a better bet that it WON'T be balsillie, simply because he completely disrespected the league and the owners (in their eyes anyways) by immediately assuming he would get the team and move it to southern ontario. bettman doesn't really care about keeping the team in pheonix, he just didn't want to sell to balsillie.
