Fuck Caesar Milan,the guys a fraud,he's not the magical dog trainer that he's made out to be.
Mr.dogwhisperer uses electric shock collars to train dogs,people just don't see it due to camera angles.Why do you think alot of the dogs on the show wear bandanas? it's to hide the shock collar they are wearing.
have you noticed,most of the time when Caesar is training a dog,he always has one hand either behind his back or it's out of sight from the camera.
