i will check that when I catch him on tv. But Ive seen him work with really aggresive dogs than even their owner cannot put a collar on the dog from little dog to big dogs with his bare hand and body language. He did "invented" a collar that is design to always sit up high on the neck for better control of the dog.
Also shock collar when use correctly isn't as bad as everybody make them to be.
I've use choke collar and pinch collar on my GSD before, it just increase his aggresiveness because its hard for me to give a effective correction when he is already pulling and lunging what end up happening is choking the dog/ applying constant pain and not getting the point across and making it worse.
I still use the shock collar on my GSD right now he loves it when I put it on him (means either training time or outside time) though he doesn't need much correction anymore and I have greater confidence in off leash control knowing if all else fail I have a backup tool. If anything it takes more understanding of how an animal learns a behaviour to effectively use a shock collar. You can ruin a dog in 5 mins if you hand the remote to clueless dog owner.
