unfortunately, most of the high usage (some are over 50K) is essential stuff like explorer.exe and svchost.exe and some stuff like firefox and msnmsgr...does this mean the computer is too slow to do these simple tasks? is the only way to solve this an upgrade?
its weird cuz it used to run fine before :/ not sure whats causing this excess CPU usage...would uninstalling useless apps and doing a defrag do any good?
