19" 1280x1024 is great, I am typing on a 19" right now. Of course, the more working area the better, especially when you are writing paper, working on excel, browsing website, and doing other research job.
An average internet user or student needs great vertical area, not horizontal area.
what the hell, I will buy the monitor that will display long cat in one page.
