90% of these encounters that I have had,was at a "on leash park",these stupid owners let their dogs run loose in a park,when (a)the dogs are not allowed to be off leash.
(b)these dogs sholuld not be off leash at all,due to their aggressive behavior and/or lack of control with the owners.
You ever been to Trout Lake? I have seen so many dogs there that are off leash and running around being aggressive towards other dogs,50% of the dogs there have no business being off leash,yet the owners don't do a fucking thing about it,they just stand there and watch,being the fucking retard irresponsible owners they are.
let me ask you something....have you ever seen two dogs get into a fight? have you ever seen what a dog looks like after it has lost a fight or been attacked by a much stronger and aggressive dog?
Do you have any idea how much it cost in vet bills to care for a animal after it has been in a situation like that?
Do you even own a dog at all?.....if not,then STFU cause you have no clue about what your talking about.
