if you dont have a PVR and not home during most of showtimes like myself, downloads are fine ..i dont have HD signal and i don't use my shit analog signal anymore.
HD signals are only worth it if you watch quite a bit of sports IMO..since the rest of the channels in canadian providers are lacking..
