I want to throw my Anaconda experience in to the mix.
As most of you guys know, I started taking it a couple weeks before heading to Joe DeFranco's for the NFL combine training I wrote about in "The Most Brutal Training Camp On Earth."
At this time, Tim and Christian didn't have the exact protocol down yet, so I was just mixing a scoop or two in some water and draining it. And even then the results were awesome: I was able to lift more weight, do more reps, recover faster, and significantly reduce soreness (which was pretty damn important since we trained intensely for a couple hours each day and did the god-awful Prowler pushes).
Then a few months ago Tim and Christian gave me the updated protocol which I've been using every time I train. (Well, every time except for a couple of weeks ago when I ran out of Anaconda and was in between shipments. I made myself go to the gym, but after being on the perfect protocol for so long I felt like my performance that week just wasn't that good.)
I'll say this about the protocol: it's intense and only for guys who are serious about putting on muscle as quickly as possible. The muscle, strength, and power gains I've seen from hard training combined Anaconda protocol have been the best gains of my life.
I'm not bullshitting; it's your choice to experiment with it or not.
All I know is that even if Biotest cut the cord on me tomorrow, I'd still gladly hand over money to have Anaconda, Finibar, Alpha GPC, and Mag-10 stocked in my cabinet.
