you are right, kinatro used to be very very salty. When i go there, they ask teh same question, 'how do you like ur broth and noodle?" I answer: "just like how i like my women, rich and fat"
Maybe it's hte long line up, maybe it's the "super hot" small kitchen/ dining area, but definitely the open kitchen seeing them hard at work sitting there does make it tastier for me. It's very ghetto and it's not as flavorful but that feeling makes the feeling and possible tastes better?
it's like having regular fried noodles at Ecanteen / alleuia or Lido, but eating the same shit at night market just makes it better.
