I say there is nothing wrong with getting weight-gainers. Most people like me are always on the run. They can put the amount they need in a shaker cup and just mix it with water whenever they need it. No mess, no hassle.
To nns: If you are a skinny guy, you do need a weight gainer to give you something to build upon. Once you have reach your ideal weight, switch to protein. ON protein will not help you gain weight, each serving has only 120 calories.
