just eat food, supplement with protein shakes. Whey PWO. Or just get a time release protein shake so you can drink it anytime without worrying about whey's insane absorption rate.
lol if the taste is that bad just hold your nose when you drink it. After you're done drink or eat something else to remove the taste from your mouth.
