im still a noob at eating carbs. because I'm cutting weight, I am almost OCDing about high GI carbs.
seems like everytime i find something in the glycemic index that's under 55, I see a diff glycemic index that has it over 55. like potatoes, certain oatmeals (quaker oats for instance).
I know some pastas are good maybe I should start eating those more.
