I placed an order on the 26th of November and my shipment never arrived. I've tried calling them multiple times but their phone line is "temporary unavailable," I've sent multiple emails with no replies. One time I lucked out and got a hold of someone but all they said was that they will file it with Canada Post and get back to me tomorrow, but never did (this was two weeks ago). This is frustrating since it's almost been a month and nothing sorted out.

I'm a frequent customer and this is the first time I've had this happen to me. I've had no problems every other time, but getting a hold of customer service is basically impossible. I understand it's close to the holidays and expect for them to be busy, but it's been almost a month without a sign from them back? I can't help but to think they're avoiding this issue. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I would appreciate it as I would like to continue my business with ssense.
