I'm so excited!
Last doctor visit they told me to come back if I start experiencing any discomfort of any kind.. and last visit it wasnt my family doctor cause he wasnt in.
So I had another appointment today, this time my
family doctor spent more time poking around than the last doctor (which sort of seemed to rush me out), and actually took the time to sit down and explain to me the difference.
He told me mine is indirect, not a direct inguinal hernia and that its too big to become strangulated.
He said I'm free to be as active as I want and sees absolutely zero risk in going back to the weights
