I picked up the TomTom GO 630 for $180 pricematching The Source earlier this month. It works really well.

It's actually on for $170 @ The Source ... Pricematching at Staples would bring it down to $153 (don't bother trying to match on Boxing Day, they won't do it, but if you try later on in the week, they probably will. The Source has it on sale until the 31st).

If you're going to get one, make sure you get one w/ Bluetooth so you can sync your phone and use it for hands-free calling, get traffic updates, fuel prices, etc. (not in the XL 330S or 255W, but is in the 265WT).
