i warm up for about 3-5mins on 6.0 & 2.0 incline. Then once im warmed up i pretty much max out the treadmill at 15.0 for as long as i can hold it moderately comfortable, which is 3ish minutes. Set it back to 6.0. Jog for a min or so to catch my breath. Bring it back up to 15.0 for as long as i can. and repeat. Usually go through the cycle 3-4 times depending on my mood that day. Then usually i would max the incline at, i think 12.0. Set speed at 4.0 for roughly 15mins, again, depending on how my mood is that day.
Whole process is 30mins, give or take 5 mins.
For me, it feels great running at 15.0. it almost feels as if im floating, lol. Feels even better afterwards!
