20-30 minutes 3 times a week...
1. steady pace at 7-8 mph
2. 3 minute intervals of 6mph at 6% incline
3. steady pace at 7-8 mph at a 2% incline

Then once a week....i do my long run which can range between 8km to 12km outside.
