i use to run at a speed of 5 with 0 incline for 3 miles but i can't seem to keep up the speed without my knees starting to buckle so now i run at a speed of 3 with 1.5 incline for 30 minutes (~1.5 miles). it's not very fast but it keeps my pace up without killing me.
