I'm not sure where they are made... I'm assuming China but if you go to the playseats website..
www.playseat.com they appear to be based out of Europe? And if you click resellers the map that's provided has two locations both in Italy.
Not sure if smoketronics is canadian or not but it looks like they do ship to/within Canada.
But if you look at the item is says out of stock. They'll have more sometime in January 2010. I want mine NOW! hahaha
