Just the "Short Test" should tell you which drive is failing.
Worst case, go pick up a
1TB external drive for like $125, and back up EVERYTHING.
Also recommend
Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier for pulling stuff off a flaky drive - any errors, it will retry indefinitely (or as many times as you tell it to).
