You don't have to overclock or overvolt anything to run memory at 1066 MHz. If that's what it's made to run at, that's what it will run at.

There's no reason to spend $70 on ram which would normally cost $40. Or to spend an extra $150-200 on.. well, nothing, if you can build a system yourself.
