I'm not aware of a way to view complete SMART logs, although I'm sure the drive manufacturers have software do it. All the apps I've seen simply show whether various error flags have been tripped, what the threshold is for tripping them, and what the extreme readings are... like this screenshot from Western Digital Data Lifeguard:
