Hi all, your help is greatly appreciated.
I work for an accounting firm called Almunir Remtulla & Co. and we have a website at
www.remtulla.ca. My problem is, on some computers, you need to type in the "www" before the "remtulla.ca" whilst on other computers you don't. On my iphone, I don't need to type in the "www" while on my home computer, I need to type in the "www" otherwise the webpage won't show up.
Our outsourced tech guy can't seem to give me a straight answer and hasn't resolved the problem.
This is a problem because I'm concerned that some of our clients might think that our website is down not knowing that they need to type in the "www".
Could someone please help me with an explanation as to why I am having this problem and perhaps guide me to a resolution?
