i have an acer aspire x1300, but i want to upgrade the vid card cause the on board card is garbage.

i think the stock psu is 220W, if i upgraded to say a middle range card would i need to upgrade the psu as well?

also i would like for you guys to recommend some low profile cards in the <100$ range.
