Yeah,when i lift weights iam listening to rock.
When i am going for my long runs....i found these songs through the NIKE site, beleive it or not, and i can't beleive its been helping me mentally during the runs. They are really upbeat, ongoing mixes that are about 45 minutes each. I seem to run best when these songs are playing.
