The preferred payment method for the undergraduate application fee is by credit card on the Student Information System under "My admission to SFU" and "view and pay my fees."
All Registrar and Information Services - General Enquiries counters accept payments for tuition and other fees, and respond to all general enquiries about student accounts.
Assuming that admission falls into "other fees" , you should be able to pay at the Surrey registrar
