thats good, but do you take in enough protein? ive been stuck at 170 for a month and half now.. kinda pissed about that.. im gonna try to break it now.. im hitting the dumbbells really hard. how many pounds did you start at? i was able to do 50lb dumbbells when i first started.. maybe you started lower being the reason you are lower then me. (we both have worked out for the same amount of time i believe)
