I'm trying to get a transistor and three capacitors soldered onto a circuit board.

I've called MRO and IT electronics and they are not able to do it. (MRO does not offer any soldering service according to the rep.)

Is there anywhere that can do this at a reasonable price? (this is for the circuit board on a gauge cluster)
