Then on to the beef noodle soup which I found the quality to be very good. The texture of the noodle was chewy and was cooked to perfection. The beef was very tender and not dry at all. The soup base was very tasty and to my amazement I wasn't thirsty at all after eating there. So I don't think they use much MSG or any at all compared to other noodle joints. I enjoyed the food very much and so did my other friend I went with. I would go back again. Lining up for 30mins isn't so bad since you are inside the mall. When you go there just think of quality over quantity. There portion is a bit smaller than most noodle joint but you get quality and freshness which I will take any day over quantity.

Good read, personally I guess I wouldn't mind paying a couple extra bucks if it
really is that good. I think most people get thrown off their expectations when they have to stand in line for almost an hour then pay $11 for a little bowl of beef noodle.
I'll have to give this place a try someday but I ain't standing in line so I'll wait for the hype to die down.
