If your looking for a dry white wine go for a Chardonnay. Sauv Blancs, Pinot Grigios and Rieslings tend to be a bit more fruiter.

- Oyster Bay Chard (New Zealand) $18-25
- J Lohr Chard (Usa) $20-25
