4 years in the making and counting..but this is offciially their first delay

they only TBA'd JP release date so maybe, just maybe the N. American release is still this summer?

to be honest I'd be happy with just 500 cars + dmg + weather changes...trying to achieve quality AND quantity in HD 60fps 1080p is taking them WAY too long.

While we're young please, might as well release it with Playstation 4
