I've never seen one case of the care package glitch, tactical insertion stat padding, or any other noticable cheats on PS3.

Admittedly, I clip sometimes. There's a particularly good spot on Wastelands where if I get in there I'm almost never killed. Not that I can't be, I'm just borderline invisible unless you have a thermal scope.
