Hey folks,
Something has been bothering me for a while now and I need to get it off my chest. The other day, I was at an HK style cafe in Richmond and I saw two of the most skinniest and anorexic stick figured Hongers in my life chow down on a fresh pineapple bun
with a slab of butter. Yes, that's correct - a slab of butter!
Okay. Seriously, who in their right mind does this? That is disgusting! A little butter, okay - fine. But a huge ass freakin' slab of butter? That makes no sense. Is this normal in HK or something? If so, why?
Please help. I am having a hard time understanding this....cultural phenomenon. Thanks.
