The dishes were very very hard to make, but normal dips just wouldn't cut it. I wanted to hit the girl judge cause she said she was more "used" to the southern taste.

Sheltered???? Smith has a show on the food network where he goes to different countries to try their cuisines and spices. It even shows him writing down stuff in his journal, along with pictures. I don't think Smith is sheltered at all.
Flay won...by a big margin, mainly on taste, give props to him.
