^ Ask Geby. He ordered it then canceled it but he should have gotten the beta key already. In that case all he needs is to install the game from else where (ie. that torrent) and then input the beta key. Your CC does not get charged till the game is out (apparently). So I see nothing that is stopping this method from working.
