They are fresh, and HUGE, and they use real lard (not shortening) and real butter (not margarine)
Mine today was good, but unfortunately they don't pack on enough butter. Especially considering how big the buns are (I can't finish a whole one myself). Next time I'll ask for more 
Oh and their curry beef brisket is awesome, as is their milk tea and coffee. Lo mein is good too. Their other dishes are hit-and-miss. |
I don't get it, why can't they make em here (vancouver) like they do in HK? Is it the flour?
