Working Out
So i started working out the other day and have no idea what im doing ahaha. Going to buy some protein tmr and some other supplements. Im 5'7 and 160 pounds(kinda chubby). any suggestions on which supplement i should buy to keep my fat in take as low as possible while building muscle. oh and should i take CLA, not sure cause everyone has different opinions about it.
