^ don't be an asshole. not everyone is 110 pound skinny prick. he's actually pretty normal.

to OP, skip the supplements for now. Use strength training to change your body composition. I would do circuit training or complexes. Good way to get your metabolism up and to gain lean mass.

Add in some jogging but do it sparingly if you plan to gain lean mass.
