For your RC. How are you bench pressing... are your arms flared out to the side or are they tucked close to your body? Do you go bar to chest? Tucking your elbows a bit more, will take pressure off the RC. Tucking is similar to a powerlifters bench press.. more focus on tri's.

thanks, the pain im not 100% sure if its tendonitis.. its whre the forearm connects the muscle.. and its on the side sort off.. i also have this pain on my right arm but its not as bad.
