Note that there will be 4 "playoff games" for teams that do not earn a bye into the quarter-finals.

Canada's scedule:

Norway - Tuesday, Feb. 16, 4:30 PM ("Home" team)
Switzerland - Thursday, Feb. 18, 4:30 PM ("Away" team)
USA - Sunday, Feb. 21, 4:40 PM ("Home" team)
