fact: you can't spot reduce(eg situps). you start to lose body fat in the last place you gained it.
do circuit training with weights and then do some running on every other day. nutrition is big. i don't know what you eat, but increase your veggies and lean protein intake. cutout the junk
don't do stupid things like fad diets or starve yourself. be smart. it takes hardwork, there's no easy way.
