whats normal then? cause we all know the BMI is the best way to look at your weight:height right? whats wrong with having big legs? not everyone wants to look like johnny bravo.

the guy wants to build muscle in order to lose fat and speed up his RMR, so he wants a high protein diet and carbs when necessary (ie. physical activity).
you shouldn't even bother looking at your weight, focus on your body fat % if you want to trim.
