Kam Do has slowly gone down in terms of value and portions over the few years. I used to be a regular with my family for quite a few years but we saw the prices jump and the service, quality and portions of food diminish, albeit slowly. There are better HK cafes to be had; Alleluia for example in which the service is pretty good and refills are on the house.
The issue of parking is a real turn-off. Not only do you have a parking lot shared by other establishments within that block, you have to deal with crummy C-lai parking. Not cool in my books.
