the new seats are fucking uncomfortable. instead of being able to recline, you SLOUCH in your seat. how is that better? i'd rather give up a bit of leg room so i can sleep properly with the seat reclined. the way the new seats are, i always end up sleeping with my head hanging in front of me instead of naturally leaning against the headrest. the last few hours of the flight i have the sorest neck and am just in pain with extreme discomfort. worst sleep ever in a plane. everyone ive spoken to feels the same way about these new seats. its probably because you were so excited by the entertainment and didnt attempt to sleep that you didnt notice how terrible these new seats are for sleeping. huge thumbs down from me.
also, the food is not decent. the only thing i enjoyed was the snack which was a sandwich and a cookie. the normal in flight meals were just as bad as ever and have not been improved.
