2 month goal…gain up to 190 (from 182) and then switch diet to lower cal and fat intake, and increase cardio to 5 times a week, 30 mins minimum (do this for 2 months to reduce bf% in time for hte summer

As for the grips, Ive developed good grip by doing db shrugs, and also doing wrist flexor exercises. I do 225 deadlifts with no straps, so my grip is pretty decent.
