No where in my thread did I say anything bad about HP customer service.
And how did you know my piece of technology wasn't fucked already. If it was running as great as it suppose to I wouldn't have to format it. And how is telling me to buy a recovery disc doing the everything they can without an explanation. The best explanation I got was because your laptop came with vista you have to use vista.

It wouldn't be a problem if my dad hadn't lost the discs. I guess its my fault too the motherboard on my desktop died as well, which is why I had to resort to using my dad's laptop who got his friend to install a chinese version of Vista on a perfectly running piece of technology.
