I don't think they can strip the women of their gold though. I understand during competition you may get deq (lol korea) but this was after the competition AFTER the medals were handed out. Sure it was unclassy but their actions were not meant for the public anyway.
If they DO strip medals, there would be a huge outrage and will really bring into question the amount of power the IOC has and what it can and cannot regulate.
