If you step on the clutch does the sound go away?
If you put it in neutral does the sound go away?
If you step on the gas does the sound go away?
If you shift the weight left to right does one side get louder?
Does it change with engine speed or vehicle speed?
A little bit hard to internet diagnose so if you could be more detailed in when it happens, it's a bit easier to figure out the problem. Could be anything from input shaft bearing, throw out bearing, pilot bearing (if there is one), or as simple as wheel bearing.
Those questions should help figure out what it could be.
