Does it change with engine speed or vehicle speed?

A little bit hard to internet diagnose so if you could be more detailed in when it happens, it's a bit easier to figure out the problem. Could be anything from input shaft bearing, throw out bearing, pilot bearing (if there is one), or as simple as wheel bearing.

Those questions should help figure out what it could be.
1.when i step on the clutch the sound goes away
2. yes when car is in neutral the sound isnt there.
3. the sound kicks in once i hit 3500 rpm during acceleration
4.no it does not
5. it changes with engine speed.

also, I can feel the shifter knob vibrating alot while the sound is on.

thanks for help!!
