Ok, the duties are pretty simple. For the most part parking enforcement is just keeping the groups together. At some point however, there will be way too many people/cars to control. This is where we need help with traffic control. We'll need a few guys at the entrances to the parking lot making sure that ALL traffic is going smoothly. If it gets backed up you need to just wave them on through to the next gate or the last gate (there are three entrances to the parking lot).

The main purpose is to not piss off the general public. At about Noon to 1:00 the traffic is going to be retarded so efficiency and organization is the key here.

If anybody has FRS radios to bring then please bring them! We will need at least 4 of them bu preferably 6 or 8!

Everybody is there to help with public relations. If you have some older couple coming by to look at the cars, please answer their questions in a non-douchey way! Tell them what we are, what we're about and most importantly that we are NOT street racers! Most people actually think that we are a great group of people - we want it to stay that way.

Now, for jackass patrol - we are all responsible for keeping our eyes on idiots that may be doing burn-outs or any kind of dangerous driving. Record their licence plate numbers if you can and see what kind of car they are driving. 99% of the time its idiots in Mustangs or Camaros that are trying to show off to their idiot buddies. We rarely see import drivers being dickwads.
